Steep Passion flower leaves and flowers in I cup of boiled water for 15 minutes, covered. Strain and drink warm. Strain, add to passionflower tea, and get ready for bed.

4 ounces Rosemary , fresh or dtied
Steep rosemary in 2 cups of boiled water for 20 minutes, covered. Strain and apply on a clean cloth to the forehead or back of the neck
